The enchanted bay
The search for places untouched by crowds of surfers leads me to the south of Morocco, where savoring the purity of the landscape and the infinite depth of the swell, gave me the opportunity to create pictorial works full of that dazzling light and endless waves.
Three of the paintings on canvas are the size of cm 54×112, the fourth work is the size of 60×91.
In both works it is clear the technical difference of the execution, compared to the action works or the portraits. In this case I focused on the details that tell a warm and sunny atmosphere, characteristic of those places lived in person.
La ricerca di luoghi incontaminati da folle di surfisti mi porta nel sud del Marocco, dove assaporare la purezza del paesaggio e l’infinita profondità delle onde, mi ha dato l’opportunità di creare opere pittoriche piene di quella luce abbagliante e di onde lunghissime.
Tre dei dipinti su tela sono della dimensione di cm 54×112 , la quarta opera è di dimensioni 60×91.
In entrambe le opere è chiara la differenza tecnica dell’esecuzione, rispetto alle opere action o ai ritratti.
In questo caso mi sono soffermato sui dettagli che raccontano un’atmosfera calda e solare, caratteristica di quei luoghi vissuti di persona.
